What the add-on processes
When you run the add-on, it reads the sheets you select and processes structured catalog, supplier price-list, purchase-order and invoice data in Google Sheets and Apps Script. It can write a report sheet to the same spreadsheet. SELCE does not operate a separate server that receives spreadsheet contents.
The Google account and spreadsheet retain their own content and history under the user's Google service. The add-on does not send analytics events, spreadsheet rows, SKUs, invoices or price lists to the OPP-008 Cloudflare beta API.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed only to perform the check requested by the user and return the report in the spreadsheet. For an individual user, this is necessary to provide the requested beta function. Where an organization controls the spreadsheet data, that organization remains responsible for the legal basis and instructions governing its use.
Retention
SELCE does not keep a separate copy of spreadsheet contents or reports. Output written by the add-on remains in the user's Google spreadsheet until the user or their organization removes it. Removing the add-on does not delete spreadsheet content or reports already stored in the user's Google account.
Recipients and international processing
SELCE does not disclose spreadsheet contents to commercial recipients. Google provides Google Sheets and Apps Script and processes platform, account and security data under its applicable terms and privacy documentation. Google infrastructure may process data in the locations described by Google; this notice does not claim that all processing remains in the EEA. You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or object to processing where applicable by contacting selceparte90@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or another competent supervisory authority.
